Shipping & Delivery
NZ Orders: If your order is confirmed and paid for before 11am Monday to Friday, we will aim to ship the same day or else the following day.
Orders received after 11am will be shipped within the next two business day.
Orders received on the weekend will be shipped within two business days. All orders to a non-rural address can expect delivery in one to two days after receiving shipping confirmation, this is not guaranteed however, and we do encourage you to contact us if your order is required in a short timeframe.
Overseas orders: All parcels are securely packed and sent by the best postal service for your region. We recommend using a postal mail delivery address rather than a PO Box. Delivery targets are 7 – 14 working days after handling time however this can vary at present given the reduction in flights as a result of Covid 19.
Refunds & Returns
mons.co.nz holds the right to alter its policies relating to the return and refund of goods at any time without any notice. The liability of mons.co.nz for any loss, damage or injuries arising directly or indirectly from one of our Goods or for the non-compliance of any of our Goods or for any other reason shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the product. Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer returning the Goods.
mons.co.nz is not able to accept returns of goods if you have changed your mind about your purchase or would like a different version of the same good so please choose carefully.
mons.co.nz can not be responsible for minor differences in how goods featured on our website may appear on your computer depending on the web browser you are using and the settings of your computer. You should ensure that you read the description of the goods on the mons.co.nz website thoroughly before placing an order as mons.co.nz can also not accept the return of goods due to such technical issues.
Please choose carefully as no refunds will be made for any other reason than damage. If the goods that are delivered to you are faulty, defective or not what you ordered we will upon the return of such goods, replace such goods provided that such goods are available or if such goods are not available then we can refund you for the purchase price of the goods. All goods must be returned to us with all accessories and packaging within three weeks of receiving the goods with a note giving us the reason for the return otherwise we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please ensure that these are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging and accessories).
